AH Estimating started with a simple frustration shared by every contractor we’d ever talked to: estimating takes too long, costs too much in-house overhead, and the margin for error is too thin to leave to guesswork. So we built a firm that does one thing construction cost estimating and does it faster and more accurately than a contractor could do it themselves.

We built AH Estimating to fix that gap. Our team works exclusively on construction cost estimating, which means we’ve developed a depth of speed and accuracy that an in-house estimator juggling five other responsibilities simply can’t match.
